City Express Plus By Marriott Ciudad De Mexico Reforma El Angel – Hotel near airport in Mexico City

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, but the noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms was a bit disturbing. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the historical area. Unfortunately, the service was unhelpful and rude, especially with transfer coordination to the airport.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is in a great location, very central and progressive, right across the street from the Angel of Independence. The rooms were small but clean and scared my wife and daughter with awkward questions. However, the service was indifferent, and the staff seemed annoyed with basic guest inquiries. The dining options have been reduced dramatically, but the location and cleanliness stand out.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of 'El Angel de la Independencia' monument, close to restaurants, banks, and city attractions. The rooms lack proper isolation from corridor and neighboring room noises but are well-furnished. The service varies from very nice and accommodating to indifferent, with some issues of inefficiency and a serious case of theft from luggage. The dining options are limited but include tasty dishes, and the facilities are decent.
